Forward Taj Gibson, who recently agreed to a deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves, was arrested in New York City last Thursday for driving with a suspended license, according to police. Police officers observed Gibson making an illegal U-turn in Queens early Thursday morning. When police stopped him, Gibson provided an Illinois license that was found to be suspended. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and given a traffic violation for the illegal U-turn. Gibson was released by police and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 1.
